The Process

We understand you are busy with work and family commitments add to that the time zone differences to deal with that is why we have a simple 3 step process to get your loan approved and settled as easy as possible.



Step 1 – Our initial email comes with our simple easy to complete “Client Fact Find” it’s only a few pages of data collection that enables us to get a clear idea as to your current financial position.

Step 2 – Once we have your completed “Client Fact Find” we then complete a report with our full recommendations, lender options and everything you need to know to make a decision.

Step 3 – We are now ready to prepare the lenders paperwork and get signatures on the application, once completed we are then ready to electronic lodge your details with the lender. It’s normally at this time we would make a time for a Skype interview so we can satisfy the lender interview process.

Once the loan has been lodged with the lender we would expect to have approval between 1 to 4 working days depending on the lender.

If you have not found a property yet we would get the lender to issue pre-approval (subject to you finding a suitable property) this can last between 3 to 6 months depending on the lender.

If you have already found a property once we have received full loan approval then your loan and mortgage documents will be prepared and posted to you (unfortunately the Australian lenders have not got to the stage where we can email you the loan documents – don’t worry we are working on this with our lending partners).
